Pizza Dough will arrive frozen, and can last up to 3 months in the freezer. When you are ready to make your pizza, take the dough out the night before and place it in the fridge. Take your pizza dough out of the fridge 30 minutes before you begin baking your pizza. Let it rest for 10 minutes, then begin shaping your dough. Preheat your oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly flour your surface area and begin stretching and shaping your dough. Shape it into a very thin crust, about 11-12 inches in diameter. Season your crust with whatever oil and seasonings you prefer, and add your sauce, cheese and toppings. Bake for 12-14 minutes, rotating the pizza if necessary. Enjoy!
